Diorita Contrast Twist Medium Tote

Take a look at Christian Dior’s latest design. I apologize to any Dior fans out there but for the past year or so, the French brand has failed to impress me much. Sure I would run into some nice pieces, such as their great collection of small leather goods… and shoes, but as for handbags, they were just ok. Here’s a big eye catcher by the House of Dior, meet the Diorita Contrast Twist Medium Tote. How bad must this hobo stand out compared to Dior’s more classic and sophisticated designs? The whole body texture of this piece is incredibly detailed with twists of smooth grained and metallic leather strips, as if this was weaved by hand, just like a straw basket would be. Flat arm handles, gold metal hardware, and a zip top closure can be found on this tote. If only this tote bag would go over the shoulder as it’s handles measure a hollow 8” drop. Awkward looking, incredibly uncomfortable, and too trendy leaves me with no wants for this Dior. Plus, the $2,795 price tag for this piece is way out of my limit and quite unreasonable. Ladies what’s your input on this bag, would you wear this?

It's okay, but I don't really like it that much. And look at that price, no way.
