Coach Madison Patchwork Snakeskin Minaudiere
Coach Madison Patchwork Snake Skin Minaudiere
Alright, I admit I was a little bored the other day. All I was doing was browsing around on the internet because, quite frankly, I had nothing better to do at that moment. While doing so, I thought to myself, "I haven't seen what was new at Coach for a long time." So I made my way over to the official Coach website to see what there was. That is when I stumbled across this little gem. It's called the Madison Patchwork Snake Skin Minaudiere.
So what do I think about this teeny little evening bag? Well, its hard to say for sure. I guess there are features that I like and features that I dislike about it. First of all, I have to say I love the color (tangerine). It's so bright and fun, I think it would really add a point of interest to say... an otherwise plain black dress. I also like the snake skin and the cute little turnlock closure on the top. My problem, though, is that they made it a patchwork. I mean, come on. Patchwork on an evening bag? I just thank my lucky stars that they didn't make this a multi-colored/print patchwork! I'm also not too crazy about the little ball-beaded chain that was used to create a strap. It reminds me too much of the pull chain on my ceiling fan. Yep, how I feel about this bag is still up in the air at the moment. How does everyone else feel about it?
The Coach Madison Patchwork Snake Skin Minaudiere measures (an adorable) 5.75" x 3.75" x 2". Since it's genuine snake skin, it retails for $698. It is also available in Fuchsia and Gold. You can find it over at the Coach Official Site.

Yeah, I'm totally not a fan of the bead chain.. it looks and feels so cheap. Without it, this bag could have potential. Also, what's with the feet? I wouldn't think a small box clutch would need studded feet.

It kind of looks like an alocholic beverage bottle....
If I had that much $$ I would buy the multicolor Kate Clutch by Louis Vuitton...that's just me though. My Coach cap is $300-$400...

It's cute and I love the color, but I agree. The chain isn't working out to well.
It looks like one of those necklaces you used to make your friends in elementary school.
