I have had NO luck in ordering the Sig. Stripe tote I wanted. I called the Coach store in Florida, they have it, but they said I couldn't use a giftcard over the phone!

Ugh. The person who sold the giftcard to my mom and sister (since they bought it for me) said you CAN use it over the phone. I am still going to try to get it. Isn't there any way they could ship the bag to MY local store?? I really wanted to buy this.

Have you tried coach.com? Do they have the one you're looking for?

Has anyone ever used a giftcard over the phone? I have no clue what to do.

Hey Jess, just call the 800 number and they can do a store search for you. Just order over the phone from them. They will ship from whatever store has it in their inventory. If you know for a fact a store has it you can let them know. Don't give up they CAN do this.

I called CS, and I ordered it, the lady said I should be able to get it. I have to call back Thursday to see if they were able to locate it.

Why not just buy the bag and have it shipped? Then you can return it to your local Coach store and rebuy it with the gift card! LOL!

Yes!! I just checked my order online, and it says it has been shipped!! I'm so glad! I am still going to call CS to confirm this though!

Well, I have good news! I called and instead of them sending me back a giftcard, they're sending me the bag and I'll get it Monday!!

It's back in stock online, so that's why I called. I am so excited, I've been trying really hard to get it!
