I only own 3 coaches. A purse, a swing pack and a small wristlet. Now when I bought my swingpack should I have gotten the dust cover. I got one with my purse but not the swingpack or the wristlet.

From my understanding, swing packs are considered "small goods" and would fall into the same category as wristlets and wallets. So... no, I don't think you're supposed to get a dust bag with it.
