    So as you can see, im from NYC(on my location), capital of fake bags lol. well today, I spoke to my lovely co-worker and she tells me look! a new bag. So I said nice, where did you get it. She told me she received it as a gift and it priced at $35.00, I told her she is supporting child labor and she said yea but is cute. well anyways i of course took pics because it is crazy to me how real these bags look. What bag is this suppose to be?

    That doesn't look like any style that I know of. Sometimes fakes are made up designs though. I can tell it's a fake pretty easily though. A signature bag wouldn't have signature lining, the Coach tag is metal (rarely do they do those anymore), and the leather doesn't look like Coach leather (is it even leather?). I'm glad you spoke up to your coworker about it. I know people say its rude to question if a bag is real or not, but she openly told you it was fake so...

    well she is sooooooo open minded which I love, but I knew it was fake hehe thats why I asked "where did you buy it?". Thanks for letting me know that the bag is not even designed by Coach.

    I am new to this. I am not posting a reply, but asking if my bag is an authentic Coach. I do not have a digital camera, so cannot send pic. My medium brown leather bag has the Coach smell I believe that many allude to. The large inside brown leather flap has the usual certification made in USA creed and has a zipper made in it. The No. is J6H-4158. It has an adjustable shoulder strap and a small adjustable handle that sits on the top of the outside flap that snaps to close in the middle of the bag.

    I hope I am posting correctly. This is a wonderful site. Thank you for hosting it.

    Hi my name is Nancy I have purchased a coach back back all leather from e-bay a couple of years ago I would like if anyone out there would know if this a true bag the number inside is no 45c9943 or 15c 9943 it is pretty worn on the inscription on the inside any help would be great.

    I am new to this site, so be patient. I posted a few days ago in the thread I throught was for authentication, but mybe it was not. Here goes...

    I bought a resale brown leather bag that I am pretty sure is an authentic Coach. Feels like and smells like Coach. The No. J6H-4158 is below the Coach USA creed on an inside flap containing a small zipper. The bag is a medium to dark chocolate brown with an adjustable shoulder strap and also an adjustable (from both ends) handle that sits atop the fold of the outside flap of this medium-sized top-stitched bag. The flap contains a brass closure (slightly magnetic) on the underside of the flap. I do not have a digital camera nor a cell phone, so I cannot send pics. If you cannot fully authenticate w/o pic, I understand. However, is the number on the bag a Coach number for the bag that I described? I'm not trying to resell, I just want to know for myself. I have LV's and Fendi's and am starting to really enjoy and value Coach.
