I recently purchased the Olive green leather sabrina handbag (small version). It has a small mark on it and it appears it would come of easily. I am just not sure what to wipe it off with. I tried water carefully which helped but lightened the color initially (so it freaked me out) it did return to normal. I just haven't dared try it again. Can it be cleaned with coach cleaner? Or do I need to use something else? I thought I may have read not to use Coach cleaner on this bag. In addition what is the best way to waterproof the bag? Thanks in advance for your help!
I've used the Wilson's Leather wipes to remove stains on leather and the Wilson's Leather TLC spray to waterproof my LVs. I've also used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in the past.

I use the cleaner and conditioner from Wilson's leather on all my bags. I also use the stainguard spray for handbags and leather jackets to protect my bags. they have separate ones for leather and fabric bags.

They told you not to use the Coach cleaner? I thought you can use it on anything except for suede. About waterproofing, Wilson Leather has an awesome easy to use spray on protector.
