O.K. to all you Chloe experts out there....I got this today at a shop in Stuttgart, Germany. I asked the sales lady what line it was and she said Paddington. My German is not so good, so it was hard to ask all that I wanted to about the bag. The pictures do not do it justice! It is so soft and it smells awesome! The patent is the nicest I have ever seen. The pocket is made of leather which looks distressed. This model does not have the chain hanging across the front. It was purchase from a mall in the center of the town that only sells designer purse, shoes, perfume, etc. The problem I have is, I can't find a picture of one anywhere on the internet. I got it for arond 850 Euros, which is about 1200 dollars. It was originally almost 1300 Euros which is about 1800 dollars. Not one other bag in this store looked fake to me. They had a range from Marc Jacobs, Yves, Burberry, Fendi...the list goes on. I guess I am just worried that I can not find another lone like it. Can anyone help? The model # on the tag is 07H 7HS073-7H758

I know if I like the bag i should just say who cares...but if I am paying this much money I want to know what it is, what year, etc!!!!

Oh....The name of the store I bought it at is Breuninger.

I have never seen this style before, so I'm not much help. Nothing about it looks obviously fake to me though.

I finally got an email back from a Chloe international SA and a I have a confrimation that my bag is real!!!! I am so excited! Here is what she wrote:

We refer to your email dated August 22nd, 2008 as regards a Chloé handbag
you have purchased from Breuninger /Stuttgart in Germany.
Please be informed that Breuninger is a Chloé authorized retailer: as you
have probably seen it during your visit there, we have a dedicated corner
in their store.
Therefore, we can only confirm the bag you have purchased from Breunninger
is a genuine Chloé product.
Although the color may not be the same as yours, I have attached the photo
of this Paddington handbag.



Anyway ladies...all I have to say is what a great company to get back to me and even send a picture! I was 95% sure it was real but there is always that small part of me that questioned it because I couldn't find another one like it anywhere! For that much money I want to be 100% sure!!! Now I can finally cut off the red tag and wear it!! Thanks for the response!
