I totally understand that, too. I am just trying to clean out my closet and sell my older bags for new ones this season. Anyway, I am not going to stress over this anymore. She is welcomed to take the bag to any Chloe store for verification as I said. And, it really isn't my fault that she has doubts. I sell my things following ebay rules, and stated the truth in my auction, therefore, I didn't do anything wrong.

Well, I'l take your advice then. I'll take this bag to any CHLOE boutique and have them verify the authenticity. It's all my fault, you are right....It wont happen again.

Re: Authenticate this Chloe Please
The lettering is crooked on the label and the serial number tab should be sticking out the other way for starters.

That is exactly what you need to do. That is the only way to guarantee it's authenticity!!

OK, honestly, you are not an expert either. And each Chloe bags is different, there is no way that the labels and the serial number tabs look exactly the same on each bag. The bags will be a little different too according to seasons, size, and colors. Ebay might be a dangerous place to buy, but it also can be a heaven for treasure seekers! NOT every seller is dishonest or sell fake stuff!!

Re: Authenticate this Chloe Please
I was being somewhat sarcastic regarding the whole Ebay expert thing. No, I am not a Chloe expert and never toted myself to be. But... I know what authentic tags and labeling looks like because all I have to do is look to my bags for that. On your bag, the lettering is crooked on the label and the serial number tab should be sticking out the other way. This is generally what tips off the fakes from the authentics. And since Ebay is notorious for fake bag sellers, I'm surprised the "fake bag" police didn't catch that and cancel your auction.

First of all, the labeling is not crooked on the label, that is only the position of the camera that makes the photo look crooked. Second, I just call the Chloe boutique in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa in CA, the SA told me that the serial number tabs will look and stick out differently on each bag according to seasons, size, material, and the place where it was made. STOP insulting my bag. Just because you own a Chloe bag, it doesnt mean that you can criticize my authentic bag. You are insulting me personally and I really do not appreciate it. The fake bag police didnt catch me, maybe because my bag IS AUTHENTIC, duh. You are so unbelievable, everyone else here has already drop this and you are still wasting you time putting me down. Get a life.

I'm not insulting you or putting you down personally. I'm answering her questions to the best of my knowledge, like how I know it's fake or not. Crooked labels are a big tip off, which the bag has.
And didn't the bag sell, best offer, the first day? Maybe that would be why it wasn't taken down or critiqued? Who knows.
I'm sure it will all be straightened out when she takes it in and has it authenticated.

I agree, I don't think you were insulting her or her bag personally. Chonhatai asked for an opinion about the bag and you gave yours.
