![]() ![]() When I came across the new Freja Clutch by designer Chloe, I was amazed at how different it was from most accessories of its kind. This clutch is definitely uniquely structured and not your average grab-and-go purse. And I will admit that even after closely scoping out the display pictures on Diabro.net, I'm still wondering exactly how this little handheld works. I'm actually pretty curious to try this newbie out. Though I don't think I'd add this to my collection. The Freja clutch is made from croc embossed calf leather and lambskin, and the one shown above is a lovely purple shade which is named Irena. It also comes in a very light blueish color called Glacial, which isn't all that great in my opinion. I do love the exotic print and the color, but overall, I'm just not sure about this one, especially with a price tag of around $1400. I think it is way overpirced and also it doesn't even seem that practical for the type of accessory it is. And this one isn't appearing to be the most comfortable purse to carry around since it's shape isn't consistent. For me, I would rather buy a bag or two with that amount of money and pass on this little freak of couture! See the Freja Clutch over at Diabro |

I can never justify the money on a clutch. Maybe I haven't found the perfect one?
But not $1400 on that clutch in particular. I don't know though. Personally, I haven't seen anything similar in stores [yet].

^ i agree about spending a lot on a clutch. to me, it's just not worth it. I don't think i'd spend more than $500 on one. but even that is a lot for a clutch imo and I'd REALLY have to want it badly, lol. i guess i just get way more use out of bags...

I think it looks neat, but the most I would pay for it woudl be about $75. For $1,400 I could buy my Montorgueil PM that I want, along with a LV checkbook wallet. Had I $1,400 just laying around ... that is what I would do with it.

At first I liked it, then my sister got it and it took me forever to figure out how to open it. It's just weird.
