I don't live near any chanel store, and this poses a problem for me as, I love Chanel. So, how do I go about ordering bags from retailers? Do I call a Chanel store, or a Department store? Im new at this!

I'm pretty sure you can call the store, order over the phone, and pay with a credit card.

Yes, they do charge-sends, all you have to do is give your credit card # to the salesperson. I've ordered this way, and it's quite easy.

You can go on Chanel.com to view their current styles, they are all listed on under the Fashion Accessories section.

You can call the store or any Neiman Marcus or Saks that sells Chanel and they will do a charge send.
