it's vintage-this style is from seasons ago and is discontinued. i think it came in white, beige, black patent and black(like nicole's). you can find them in consignment stores and ebay. the patent leather ones sold on ebay anywhere from $800 (awhile ago) to over $1k (now). the leather ones went for $1.5k and above on ebay. good luck!
