Holly Brubach, Style editor at The New York Times and fashion writer has opened the door to her private Chanel collection and placed some of her items up for auction.

Bag in quilted chocolate brown nappa leather with one external pocket and batten. Closure with swivel button decorated with the double C logo in goldtone. One strap with inserts in goldtone chain, entwined with nappa leather ribbon. Two internal pockets with zip closure. Lined in matching gros grain. Corners show signs of light wear.
