IDK... there are much worse celebrity kids than her, I think people should give her a break too... no offense but Lindsay didn't do stuff like that when she was 15, but look what she turned out to be?

I think the photos are what they are--neither "good" nor "bad." To me, it's a matter of opinion, and opinion is always relative. IMO, most of the people who go after fame are not staying up at night dreaming about how to become role models. That's a role imposed by the rest of us who are not celebrities. Who, ultimately, is responsible for looking up to these celebrities? The celebrities themselves? The media that turns them into deities? Or the people watching?

at least she wasn't naked or smoking a joint. she is posing, if it's even her, with her tshirt rolled up. i know a lot of kids look up to her, but if you are 8 years old adoring her, are you even really seeing these photos on the internet? i don't really know.

It isn't unusual for most girls to take these kinds of photos. Look at Vanessa Hudgens. Heck, I have some polaroids from my teens that I wouldn't want people to see.

I don't think the problem is that it's unusual for a 15 year old to get a bit provacative.. it's the fact that she's a Disney star and has a whole throng of 8 year olds who want to be just like her. Understandable she's 15 years old and she's going to act like a 15 year old, but nevertheless she is a role model.

I mean, you wouldn't want your 8 year old posing like that because she saw hannah montana do it.

But that's the problem with society. They put so much pressure on celebs to be something that they're not.

They're celebrities. Not politicians. Not religious figures. We need to stop putting them on such a high pedestal.

She's just a silly, typical teenager. My 17 year old sister is the same way, if not more vain. And weren't these private pictures in her phone? It's not like she wanted the world to see them. Same as the HSM gal. Now that had to be humiliating. Talk about a hard lesson to learn.

As stupid as it was to take such photos, I find it creepier that people will actually post such stolen photos. The photos just have a whole kiddie porn vibe. That's what I find MOST bothersome. Sure, the kid in the photo may have some responsibility, but under the age of 18, it's just creepy to actually post the photos.
Parents getting in arms is one thing, but I'm kinda surprised internet blogging sites and servers wouldn't take down the sites either...

Tell that to all the 8 year olds who idolize everyone on the Disney Channel. I'm not attacking you in anyway but I think it's silly for people to say celebrities aren't role models. Whether they like it or not, they're in the public eye and they're going to have a following. Yes they're human but they need to be mindful and show self-respect regardless of their status, or else they're simply in the wrong business.
