Heidi Montag - before and after
Well, I'm sure most of you know Heidi Montag has had a nose & boob job. Her nose looks better, but her boobs do NOT fit her! They look too big for her frame, IMO!
What do think?

What's wrong with the way she looked before? I like her hair better now but I thought she was already cute. I guess she didn't feel that way though.

Shes pretty, but i watch the show too much and i dont like her... I think she looks a lot better this season than previously, i just couldnt figure out why

Jess, it's not an insulto to be told that you look like her, she's very pretty, just a bi*ch, lol. As long as no one says you act like her you're cool. Spences changed her, so sad.
