I don't like her new nose at all...
I'm more concerned by her hair. That's a lot of bleach. I can just imagine the split ends.

i think her nose does look better after the nose job and her boobs are big but i don't think they are overwhelming. if anything, i think her big hair is!

^^her entire way of being makes her completely ugly. plus she wears way too much makeup, a D cup is too big for someone who only weighs 91 lbs, and her clothing line is so ugly...you dont ever see her wearing any of it!

I think Spencer (CHEATER<LOSER<IDIOT) made her insecure and dependent on him (emotional abuse in my opinion) an ya the boobs make her look like she could have a career in porn. I must admit though, her hair looks flawless and healthy every time I see her.

I think Heidi Montag is under rated. She actually seems like a smart girl, I just hate Spencer. He is such an arrogant snob.
However, I feel as if she did too much with herself. They look like Barbie and Ken now.
