Bottega Veneta Leaf-Print Canvas Tote
The Italian name Bottega Veneta is known for their luxurious interwoven leather goods, which are usually constructed by hand. Their designs are not only soft in touch, but also classic. When I think of the name Bottega Veneta, a smooth looking woven leather handbag usually comes to mind. Thatís why when some Veneta handbags are made with a material other than leather; they seem to stand out from all the rest. I ran into the perfect example of this idea today as I spotted the Leaf-Print Canvas Tote among the group of leather bags.
There is always something interesting about a handbag. If you havenít already noticed, the prints found all throughout the totes body, are of leaves. You must admit itís quite a nice print for the spring/summer seasons. I certainly like it. As I had already mentioned, another feature that really stands out are those woven leather handles Veneta specializes in. It is also the only leather found among this handbag. Itís double braided leather shoulder straps are truly a Veneta classic, which I truly adore!
How do you bagistaís feel about the Leaf-Print Canvas Tote? Is it a nice and fresh Bottega idea? Or do you feel this bag to be quite boring?
