Thread: How can I buy such an expensive bag, knowing how the quality of bottega is poor

I'm dreaming since many months to buy an interecciato bag from bottega veneta, so waiting to have enough money, I failed in love with a pair of intereccaito ballerina from this season.
I bought 2 weeks ago the product " Intrecciato Calf Shoe" from the website mytheresa.com, and I paid 480 euros (625 dollars) for these shoes that I found beautiful.
I have worn them yesterday for the first time, for two hours. And in the evening by removing them to put them back in their dust back, I was extremely surprised to see that small heels were already deformed and grated. I find it unacceptable given the price paid for this small pair of ballerina. I 've never seen that before, anywhere!!!!
it is shameful on the part of a company that claims to sell high quality items.
