Botkier's Take on the Color Blocking Trend
Even though the color blocking trend has been around for a while now, there are still a lot of color blocked handbags floating around out there. When I saw the new Botkier bags, I was surprised to see some color blocked pieces. Not bad surprised... good surprised. I just wasn't expecting Botkier to jump on the bandwagon this late in the game. But I'm sort of glad they did because I've been keeping an eye on the Eden satchel. Has anyone seen this? What do you ladies think?

I'm not so sure about the purple. It's pretty, but it might be a bit too bright.

Wow that's such a vibrant bag! Wonder how the color looks in real life. The photo kinda looks enhanced.

Yeah, I was wondering that too. I wonder if they will have these at VM, I would like to see them in person.

To be completely honest, I think it looks fabulous on the Nordstrom catalog but not so much in person. I like the intenseness of the purple color. It pops.

This is a beautiful purse but I'm not into color blocking. Does it come in all one color?

I like it but I'm not a fan of colorblocking. I'm curious how long that trend is going to be around for.

I love the color-blocking trend. I think it's a fun way to give an outfit that pop! I'm loving the Eden in lavender and desert lizard.

Re: Botkier's Take on the Color Blocking Trend
I think color-blocking could look dated in a few years. Still like it in small doses though.

Re: Botkier's Take on the Color Blocking Trend
I just noticed that there's a non-colorblocking version of the Botkier Eden.

I prefer the Nude to the purple... it's more subtle and would work better with everyday outfits in my opinion.

Their colorblocking is beautiful! I think it will go well with spring/summer/fall outfits. :)
