Dr. Oz
I'm not really much of a daytime TV gal but my mom got me hooked on this show. Just wanted to see if any of you other ladies watch this show too.
Right now they're talking about natural beauty recipes and I can't stop taking notes. It's great when you can find all this stuff in your cupboard.
My notes:
Help cure dark spots: rice water! After you're done rinsing your rice, save that water and use it on your spots.
Wrinkles: OKRA! Boil it then mash it down and apply. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse. I love Okra.
Clogged pours and exfoliant: 1 cup chickpea flour, 1 tbsp turmeric, almost oil. leave on for 5 minutes then run off. Don't rinse!

Thanks for posting your notes!
Have you seen The Doctors? That's a good one too.

Re: Dr. Oz
I don't know about Dr. Oz. I do like him, but I liked him better when he was just guesting on Oprah; he's leaning too alarmist for me on his own show.
I still watch Dr. Phil on occasion; he's one of my guilty pleasures - it shouldn't take a med degree to be able to state the obvious, but I like it all the same.anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination.
