Can't wait for tonights show !!!! I think it is a hardware challenge . Glad it was a re run the week I was on vacation .The kids show was really cool and you could tell that the designers were mostly out of their element designing for kids.LOL Most of them had no clue .YAY for Seth Aron for nailing it though and his adult companion piece was AMAZING.That is the WOW factor we need this season.Bring it on!!!! :)

Last night's episode seemed to me to be the toughest challenge on the show since I have been watching . It seemed almost all the designers struggled with the things they chose to work with.Ughhhhh HARD. I thought Anthony's lilac colored dress was nice but the judges disagreed . I was AWED by Jay's garbage bag ensemble .Glad he won this one! Maya had an interesting piece as well. I thought Mila's moved well to be so structured but it was just not that great looking. Emilio....OMG WHY did HE not go home ???? That was awful and half arsed if you asked me. But with Jesse going home that opened the door for them to can my LEAST favorite model ALEXIS.... and they did !!!! YAY .I hated her .LOL
Soooooo what did everyone else think about last nights episode ? (I am obsessed with this show LOL)

I am writing this as I watch them come down the runway!

Mila's dress is kind of pop art tribal. Way too elonged look.
Jesse. The skirt is just a solid poof, no movement. I did like the shape of the bodice.
Jonathan:How gorgeous are those colors and I love the line work. It reminds me a bit of Leger, but very cool!

Anthony: How soft and pretty is that! The silver belt adds some hard edge. I'd war it!
Ben: Just kind of shoddy looking.
Emilio: WOW! That suit is totally wild and wack. Very rockstar.
Jay. Tremendous detail. Not something I would wear but that was pretty divine.
    Seth: Barbarella?
Amy, Very cool and what detail! WOW
Maya: Another beautiful piece. Very edge and couture.

In the end after seeing each Jesse was clearly the worst. The metal treatment is just not good. Skirt is just awful.
I cannot believe the judges Loved Mila! What is up with their love affair with this designer? How could she be #2? Colorblocking is a short term style.
Anthony: I liked the fact he made something soft out of hard. The judges were not fair on this one. Ben & Seth were worse!
Maya: Loved it, but here they are applauding her look that it doesn't look like a Hardware store? Confused!
Jay: That belt is GORGEOUS: SO BOTTEGA! Here they are applauding him for not looking like hardware store!

I could not believe how Jay took garbage bags and made it look like something you could go out and dance all night in!!

Those pants and that belt really looked like leather!

HE definitely was the winner that night!I can't wait until tonight,
by the way when are they going to get over Mila? the color blocking is getting boring!

    Here it is!!
The dress Anthony made for Heidi to wear on the cover.....
Attachment 16451 click for larger pic.

Anthony Williams dress is on the April 2010 cover of Marie Claire.

Williams credits Klum for giving him inspiration for the dress: “Heidi’s pregnancy was happening right before our faces! he laughs. I thought, this woman is not sacrificing fashion at all. She is 100 percent full frontal ‘I am pregnant, I am fashion, and I am fierce.’ I was really inspired by that.”

Check out Heidi’s cover spread at MarieClaire.com!

Wow! Heidi makes the dress look even more gorgeous. Actually you can barely see the dress on the magazine cover though...maybe they should have just asked them to design collars

I hope there are more pics as well cannot wait to get my Marie Claire in the mail now!!!! So I think tonight is an element show ....earth,wind,fire,water etc .Looks interesting . I am also over Mila her style is not so much a signature as it is boring. Too predictable . I like that now things are moving along and the weaker ones are getting weeded out .I still think this season is lacking alot .

Mila is all about color blocking and some more color blocking...i am quite bored of her designs.

I think Amy, Seth Aaron and Jay are really really talented, and need to make it to the final three.

Emilio has an overinflated ego...his bikini was not fashion..hopefully he will get kicked out soon.

I finally got to watch Thursday's show last night.....

I wasn't too thrilled with the Elements designs,
I will say my favorite part of the show was when MK called out Mila on her same old geometric designs,
and the Marie Claire lady said, does this mean if she can't color block, she doesn't know what else to do??
    her outfit was totally boring...
I did like Jays design, and Anthony's was nice, but I never would have guessed he had the fire element...all that gray and black...I guess that was smoke.
I could tell the winner would be Seth Aaron, or Jonathan...
The way they were going on about Seth Aaron, I was surprised when they said Jonathan was the winner.

    ITA jeanie.

I was a bit surprised that Amy made such a bad design. Mila deserved to eb called out.

I feel sorry for maya when they said all her pieces are "inspired" which is not very fair. I also though Emilio design looked like a dress made of seaweed. If all Mila does is colorblock...all he does is dresses!

Did anyone catch last nights show....OMG Mila should have been shown the door !!!! Her dress was ridiculous .Eeeewww I have to admit Anthony although very funny and charming is a little lacking in the design area at times but his dress was WAY better than hers!!!! I was SO shocked!!!! On models of the Runway I was glad to see Cerri go.She was kind of a know it all. I did not see the big deal about Emilio's print either. It was awful and the design of the dress was bad too I thought. I was all riled up after lasts nights show.LOL I did not agree with the judges at all last night!

Why is EVERYONE doing color blocking! They are too afraid to go all out with a print. Mila was a... catastrophe. I cannot explain how bad it was. Fabric, form, function, style: atrocious. Poor Anthony. He is a little stuck on the same design but his designs are saleable... More than I can say for others - except that little jacket. Seth had the best overall design but again, hate the pattern. The jacket was divine. Jay's design yuck. Emilio. Really? That was a good print? All he did was write his initials and a heart. What is so special about that? Maya really had a nice print, but I wish it didn't have the color blocking. At least the neckline was interesting. Oh My PR, absolutely the worst collections ever. I had such high hopes. I just can't stand color blocking and all of that pop art style. It's very limited and has no staying power. Compared to Vivienne's prints, they were all so juvenile. How beautiful was her fabric? WOW! I'm not sure any of them have much of a future....

    ITA!!!

I was horrified when all of the judges said that Emilio's graffiti print reflected creativity. To me it was pure CRAP Worse is Emilio saying that he is a fashion force to be reckoned with....i wouldn't use that print and color on a cleaning cloth for my car
Seth Aaron's stitching is impeccable, but the print...

Having the liberty to create their own textile and all of them came up with such disgusting patterns. Maya's was the only OK one. Overall nobody deserved to win...least of all Emilio.
