Lip exfoliater?
Does anyone know of some type of product that exfoliates your lips? You know, like the dead skin (ew). I want them to be smoother, lol. My mom used to have this stuff from Avon years ago that I liked, I don't think they make it anymore.
Any suggestions would be great!

lip exfoliater ! I have never heard of that before, kinda sounds like it would burn my lips.
But if anybody knows, I would like to know about it.

Re: Lip exfoliater?
I think that Bath & Body (Bigelow) sells one. I know that Mary Kay used to sell one called something like "lip buffer" or something like that.

Check it!
I was just at a trade show, where i met a starting company called "soypure" (soypure.com), they are launching in about 2 weeks, and have a all natruel lip exfoliater!

Re: Lip exfoliater?
When we were little and got chapped lips my mom brushed our lips with a cheap toothbrush, like the kind you get for 50 cents that have flat ended bristles. Thats always worked for me, no need to pay for an exfoliator. Also, NatruelBeauty, it strikes me as more than coincidental that your name is the same as the company you saw at a trade show...are you promoting your own company?

Lip exfoliater? I haven't really heard of a commercial product which does the job but I think a simple toothbrush may do the trick..

I think I read this in a fashion magazine years ago.. After you brush your teeth you can gently rub the toothbrush on your lips..

Isomers Lip scrub at shopnbc. com item c23749- $8.00.
This is the best skincare company in the world in my opinion. They have their own lab, no model spokesperson. You can also visit their web site in canada. Sorry I can't get the links to work.

Re: Lip exfoliater?
I love Isomers Lip Exfoliating Balm because just a tiny bit of this potent potion used both a.m. and p.m. has not only silkened and smoothed my lips but put more plump in my pucker! Don't know why my lips tended to dryness when the rest of my face did not, but that was the case. My dermatologist said it's because the thinnest skin is found on the lips, but he didn't tell me about Isomers Lip Exfoliating Balm.
The Balm's exfoliating power is due to the inclusion of bamboo, which is not at all harsh. In fact, it the Balm hydrates while it smooths. I simply rub a bit on, wait a minute or two then wipe off before cleansing my face.

Re: Lip exfoliater?
I actually just put a bit of sugar into a bit of vaseline, mix it, and rub that on the lips. It works just as well for me as the branded packaged stuff and it's super cheap.
