I condition my hair every two days with olive oil. Generic brand, bought from Sam's in big jars. It works as well as the $55/jar Ojon, which I used to use regularly.
Don't bleach your hair! It's horrible for it. Coloring is ok, it still dries out your hair, but not as badly as bleach. Cumulatively, bleach ruins it. And personally, I almost never see any bleached blonde hair I think looks good. Most of it looks as fake to me as a knockoff purse. As for shampoo and conditioner, my favorite is Frederic Fekkai. I use their shampoo for dry, color-treated hair, and their technician conditioner. They've started advertising a "miracle" hair-repair product that you leave in at night. But since it costs $195 a bottle, I'll let someone else try it first and report back. :) Oh, and ditto on not shampooing everyday, that dries out the hair badly, too. I highlight my hair... so to keep it from not drying up tooo much.... I use Paul Mitchell hair repair as a treatment... and I use Frederic Fekkai and that stuff is the best! I also shampoo every other day.... (not everyday, because you shouldn't)

You should always use pantene shampoo and conditioner only. Other products spoil our hair and scalp. I always used pantene products only. I cannot affect any complaints.

Re: is it true shampooing your hair everyday makes it dry?
I have natural brown hair. I curently have dirty blonde hair from TONS of highlights.....(My hairdresser said it is much healthier to do this than just lighten it all at once.) I have also had my hair practically EVERY color of the rainbow....even pink tips when i was younger..LOL...But i have always washed my hair everyday....my hair is naturally pin straight so i dont know what to tell you...It really depends on your hair type. Another thing, i also have slightly oily hair, so this is one of the main reasons i wash it everyday, like i cant go a day without washing it or i feel dirty...LOL
Pantene does Nothing for me...i hate it... Ive used everything out there. I also switch every week on shampoos & conditioners, since i go through them in a week( I have long hair) I Mainly use Alfa Parf though....you should try it

I don't think it is good to shampoo your hair everyday. I personally shampoo my hair every 2 days, other wise they get striped of all the natural oils. If you have really oily hair, then shampoo it every other day.
