I am so excited to see what's up for this next fall. Has anyone seen any pics or know names of colors that are coming out in Fall '08? If so, please post pics!!!!!!

Oh I'm so gald someone asked this. I was wondering the same. I really hope they do like a deep red or maroon. That would be an amazing bag for the fall/winter!!!!! I would be sold on that one!!!

From a thread on another forum..

Argent Work with what I believe to be the leather covered giant hardware. Argent is NOT metallic as some of you have mentioned. Also the second pic is the new style called the Giant Pompom (it only comes in GH) in saphire, which is really close to 07 violet IMO - I also think this is giant hardware with the leather covering but can't tell for sure until it's blown up.

Hardware will be RH, SGH, GGH, RH covered with leather, and GH covered with leather.

Here is how Balenciaga is describing the colors:

Anthracite: Dark grey
Argent: Light non metallic grey
Saddle: Chestnut
Emerald: just as described
Crimson: Dark Wine or Bordeaux
Saphire: Dark Bluish Purple
Amethyst: Dark magenta

I think I like the fall '08 colors better than the current s/s ones. And I'm thinking about not getting one from their current collection and just waitlisting for crimson and saddle.

QC - Good...I thought I was the only one who felt that way. But idk, at first i was in love with the pink, EB and magenta and now i'm just feeling kinda 'blah'. Though I could change my mind once i see them. I'm curious to know - is there any s/s '08 color that appeals to you?

Can you tell me how the waitlisting works? ha, i'm new to this! wonder when it starts for f/w colors...

I was really excited about Turq. but I heard it looks totally different than I thought it would so I need to see it in person before I buy anything. Waitlists for the Fall colors I think start up in May or June.
