Maeveyblue - the ink twiggy is gone, but the saddle one is from a well-known bal ebay seller. I know lots of people who've bought bags from her and love them!

4thstep17 - I'm not as good with the GH bags, but I would definitely ask for pics of the bales and underside of the inner tag before doing anything.

I recently purchased a lilac bag online, but I'm not so sure whether it is authentic or not.
It's because of the leather... It seems to me the leather is extremely shiny and distressed..
Is this normal for lilac 06??

I own a black GGH 07 (cheveu leather) and a bubblegum 08 (angus leather) but this lilac 06 seems to be a totally different leather from the ones I owe..

Did the year 2006 only produce leathers like this, or is this not authentic??

Help me plz!!! Thanks

I'd have to see more pics to declare it authentic but from what I can see it looks good. Yes, '06 bags seemed to have veinier leather than other years.

It's fake! In the third pic you can see the bales (metal at the end of the shoulder strap) is square. That's the easiest way to know if a bag is fake.
