I have an off-white Balenciaga that is quite dirty now. Anyone have success cleaning/protecting their bags? I have Apple cleaner, but am afraid to try it myself.

Peggy, I have never had a Bbag that was really dirty so I can not help you too much but there is a webiste called Lovinmybags.com that you can send it to to get professionally cleaned.

Do you know anyone that has had the bags professionally cleaned by them? I'm just curious if anything worked out alright.

Most have had GREAT experiences but I have heard a few complaints. You just have to be very specific on what you want done.
