Re: Balenciaga "STEP" style bag?
I saw a picture of this bag and I loved it. Does anyone knows if you can carry this on your shoulder?

The straps are long enough to put on your shoulder but I have heard from some that have this style that it looks better hand held.

I have a Violet Step and I Love it! It is so comfortable wearing on the shoulder or on the arm! The handles are bigger than the City and the First. i think it looks elegant since it is structured and has feet on the bottom.

It can be worn over the shoulder but not over a thick winter jacket.

I LOVE this style. And I just found out about it..guess I'm a little late. Anyways, do these come with a shoulder strap like the City? I think the shape and sizer are way better than the city, imo.

Alicia, I love the style too. They do not come w/ a shoulder strap, but the handles are roomier than the City's, so you can wear it either handheld or on your shoulder.
I recently saw a girl at South Coast Plaza in CA wearing a red Step on her shoulder, and it looked fantastic. I think it looks better then the City does when worn this way.

Hey, thanks for the info! I just found out about it and instantly fell in love. So if I wanted to get one in any color, would I have to get waitlisted or not? This bag is definitely in my top 3 choices for when I got to NYC in April! Oh and I am definitely getting waitlisted for the fall '08 crimson or saddle!!!

Re: Balenciaga "STEP" style bag?
Diabro.net has a Step for sale ( I think it's the Step...they don't give names of the bags). That's the first time I've seen a Step on there. I can't wait to see it in person.....

since I have a regular juane step it would be nice for me to change it up with Gsh. I own an electric blue brief with gsh and i love it. I just don't understand why balenciaga doesn't include the step for gsh. I was also told that the balenciaga hobo is only made with giant hard ware & not tassels.
Strange bal laws,in my opinion
here's my latest collection
