Default Work for a booktote?

Does anyone think a Work would be a good booktote? I think the leather might get a little slouchy...

Any feedback, please.

The size of a work sounds good...but the slouch worries me as well.... and then think about what types of books???? OMG! Imagine if you overwear the bag with heavy books and it tears right through??!!!!!

I'm really hoping to get a first or a city! I want to start off small. It's just that I'm in a financial bind right now, and I've really ought to sell some of my LV bags (I haven't gotten around to doing that, though).

I don't think I'll get the Work tote, though. :-( It doesn't seem very practical (very handheld, and it doesn't look like it can take the weight of heavy books).

The Work style is great as far as a school or office bag but how many books/textbooks are you planning to carry? I know some girls use them to carry their laptop in; the handles do stretch after a while too so it becomes much easier to carry the handles on the shoulder. plus as you use it more often, the top zipper portion of the bag sinks toward the inside which will give you more room for the handles too (if you know what i mean )

I really don't know. I'm scared to ebay them off, but I think that's my best option. It's too hard to sell bags outright; there are more bites on ebay than anywhere else, I think (unless you have a super popular bag). I really love my bags, but I don't like having too much. And I can't afford to buy too much, either. Otherwise, I'd keep them!

It's okay, my trends change.
