    Default Worst Ebay Experience eveerrr!!!!

I was selling this 100% authentic LV speedy once on ebay that i purchased from someone on ebay. I forgot to tell everyone that i was stationed in England but have a U.S. address so after she won i apologized and told her that it would take a little longer to get to her because i am in England. She got mad and immediately took her money back which was understandable but then she started freaking out and telling me i was a fraud. After i told her that i was a decent person just trying to sell a bag on ebay but forgot to mention i was in England, she calmed down and decided to buy the bag back. Well the next morning I checked my email and she decided to accuse me of selling a fake bag because my dustbag didnt look the same as some of the dustbags she has seen and told me she will prosecute me if she got the bag and it was fake. (The dustbag was the light brown one with dark brown LOUIS VUITTON across it, lots of people have those dustbags). Well i already had the bag ready to go and she didnt say she didnt want it again so i emailed her back and reassured her it was 100% authentic and that i was going to send it when i went to lunch. I went to work, mailed the bag out during my lunch break, then came home that night to a nasty email. She was pretty much yelling at me, calling me a fraud and telling me she wanted her money back. I told her that i had already shipped the bag. She emailed me back and accused me of shipping the bag after she asked for her money back. By that point she was pretty much harassing me and i had wished i had waited a little later to ship the bag just in case she pulled something like this. She was calling me names, telling me she will have me in jail and making me sound like a horrible person. She also opened a case on me in paypal and left me negative feedback, saying that i sold her a fake LV bag. I could not believe this lady. She was psycho! She hadnt even gotten the bag and was accusing me of fraud. She recieved the bag but mailed it back because she was sooooo sure it was fake. So once i got the bag back i got it authenticated at a LV store and they said it was 100% authentic and that the lady who said it wasnt is a little loopy for putting my through all that. So by that time i figured either the lady doesnt know what a real LV looks like or she wanted her money back but couldnt just tell me she changed her mind and didnt want the bag. I hope none of you guys have to deal with a customer like her because that was the worst ebay experience ever!

Just when I said above that I'm worried about my listing...Well, I had a potentially scary experience. I'm selling my bag on ebay right now. I got a message from a potential bidder in the US saying she wanted to get the bag for her family member but not sure if the style is the right one. She included a link for me to open to compare. I couldn't open the link as it was a binary file(?). So I responded with a link to the Bal site asking her to check that out. She seemed legit as she had 160 100% feedback, but when I looked at her feedbacks closely I noticed that she sells mostly identical designer items for a quarter or half the price. Plus she sold two Tivolis and Speedys using the same blurry photos on the different listings to the same group of people. By this time red flags are flying. She obviously sells fakes. I then googled the link she sent me and it came up as "F**king people over". I panicked and was afraid she would bid or BIN my item so I got onto live help and they helped me to block the bidder.

She may want to legitimately buy my bag but I'm thinking she could potentially buy my bag and made up some excuse for a refund and then send me back a fake bag. So my lesson learned is to check carefully the feedbacks even though they may have loads of 100% feedback.

OMG Arianne... that's not good. When I was selling my Stam a month back I got the same question from a buyer & I clicked the link and as soon as it asked me to download something, I knew it was trouble. You should have gotten a message from eBay warning you of the harmful link. Apparently if you download the link it's allows the hacker to obtain your eBay password and log on to your eBay account to get other info like your Paypal account and CC info. If I were you, I would change my password IMMEDIATELY. That's what I did, especially after eBay sent me an e-mail warning me!!!

That's true, I've got 2 ebay accounts. 1 of my accounts got suspended because I "apparently" listed counterfeit items... when I knew I haven't listed anything using that account and of course, that I would NEVER list fake items let alone buy them!... And then when I saw what they were... It was a bunch of fake MAC makeups that I've never seen before so I told ebay that I did not list those items and will never sell fake stuff and they said to change my password cos someone could've accessed my account... It's scary. I don't think I'll be using ebay anytime soon....

Yea the crazy lady i sold my bag to had 100 percent feedback but ebay has it where now sellers cant leave negative feedback for a buyer, so there were probably a few sellers who had problems with her but noone who sold to her knew because the previous sellers couldnt leave negative feedback.

Ebay has changed so much, I don't trust it whatsoever any more and I used to be one of ebay's biggest fans.
    What a shame.
