It's fake. That style has a plain leather pull for the zipper... but the one in the picture shows the zipper pull tab with the duck fob on the end of it. The duck key fob should be looped around the handle (like a key fob!) and not as part of the zipper pull. I also agree with princesslisa in that it should not have the leather Dooney patch sewn onto the cell phone pocket. Typically is is found above the interior zipper pocket.
