ok. since morning..
i had cereal for breakfast.. salad for lunch.. and also ate one cupful of delicious rasperries...
i might have papayas too if i feel like eating anything..
plus i have reduced my splenda intake.. i take coffee w/t sugar or splenda now..

Just a tablespoon... that's it. In the AM or when you go to bed it gets your metabolism going. Just regular white vinegar is fine. WARNING: it's NASTY!
That's a good day... to feel less hungry at the day.. eat a big breakfast. It really curbs your appetite. Be careful of what type of milk you use.. I always use skim.. but the best is 2%... regular whole milk.. has a TREMENDOUS about of fat in it. 2% still has the amount of calcium you need, tastes totally different than whole milk though.
