Do butt ups. Do you know what those are?.. that will tone your booty in no time.
For waist.. belly dancing is amazing... crunches.. as well as... I don't what it's called I forgot... you take a weight in each hand.. and bend to each side.. kinda like a tick tock motion. Gets rid of those love handles.
If you hate exercising.. get belly dancing DVDs.. you don't feel like your exercising. It's SOOO much fun.. but the next day.. you feel it all over.
