I am going to try the vinegar.. how much do you think I should drink in a day?
& is there special kind? like white vinegar or any other..
ok. since morning..
i had cereal for breakfast.. salad for lunch.. and also ate one cupful of delicious rasperries...
i might have papayas too if i feel like eating anything..
plus i have reduced my splenda intake.. i take coffee w/t sugar or splenda now..
