This is really embarrassing, but I might do it based on one thing. about 2 years ago i worked a mile from home and didnt see any need to drive so i rode a little electric scooter that looked like a vespa. given it was summer and curly hair does not react well to humidity i also rode it wearing a shower cap. in business apparel....with my work laptop strapped to the "trunk" with a bungee cord. i looked ridiculous, but i made it into my local paper (even BF doesnt know about this!) in this teeny column called "Fashion First" and the quote under my pic was something about how i was going green without looking "granola" because my face was always made up perfectly. showing her the clipping might be a nice ice breaker!
