Whether they like it or not, they're in the public eye and they're going to have a following. I absolutely agree with this when they are out in public and at public functions. But to have her personal phone broken into, or to have pictures taken of her in a private setting, is inexcusable. The paparazzi should be arrested for taking pictures of celebs when they aren't at public functions and the mags should be fined heavily for purchasing any pictures from them.
