Okay I am really upset about this whole shipping situation (current frustration: f+c bag sale), but really it is not totally hautelooks fault. When we order the bags from hautelook they have to wait for the bags to be shipped to them.


One thing I am confused about. H.L. Guidelines state:

Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 14 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. HauteLook will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
But then when you place the order it says bag will be shipped within 5-7 business days.


It's confusing.
