I got an email on Friday saying that my Smashbox order shipped out, but I am sure it didn't get very far since it was a holiday.
I have never ordered anything on Haute Look prior to my Smashbox and F+C orders, but I kinda got the hint from what everyone said on here that their shipping sucked. Luckily, I just got standard shipping. They really should put a disclaimer on their site or fix their shipping. I know they have a lot of orders, but I can't imagine them being that backed up. It doesn't take that long to ship something, jeez!
