Really??! That's so weird. I have two multicolores, a mono. Speedy 30, and a Horizontal Lockit, and I haven't had any problems with them. Although I will mention that the strap of my Damier Pouchette did split in two... I was pretty upset about that.
But LV did agree to fix it.
