Okay, you should use a really good base coat
first. I am not sure if you have heard of CHI polish before but it is amazing!! You should be able to find it at your local "Trade Secret" or a nice Salon. Then apply 2 smooth, thin coats of color then a fast drying top coat. If you have a Sally Beauty Supply they carry one called "Out The Door" that works really well. Another super fast top coat would be "Poshe"...it dries all the way thru in 5 minutes.
So here are the steps:
*Base Coat
*2 coats of color
*Top Coat
You can apply them all at once but make sure you keep them very thin and smooth. If you coat it on too thick it will never dry and then chip or peel off in a day or so.
There is a great natural nail treatment by Nailtek that you can use over and under polish!
