i dont think th enew feedback system is fair to the seller at all.. not only is the seller unable to leave a negative for buyers that are uncooperative, but they are punished by neutral feedbacks as well.. i had over 100 feedback, (i know it is not much), but i was a powerseller with 100% feedback and now i am down to 98% bc of a neutral feedback that a buyer gave me.
First of all, the buyer complained that my bag was too small even though she had never asked for dimensions. Second of all, i had taken many pictures of my bag next to a flower vase so it would be common sense to use the vase as reference to the size of the bag. Unless i had a gigantic vase with humongous flowers, the bag could not have been that big.
