99% of anything you find on craigslist is fake! Its a rule of thumb to never buy anything on CL, mainly because they sell things there to avoid any recourse whatsoever - you pay cash, theres no record of the transaction, and often you meet them in person and they disappear...especially avoid sellers on CL offering to ship - thats because you wouldnt have a chance to see the item in person before you pay. I always ask CL people to list an item on eBay (where you are protected by Paypal) and offer to pay the eBay fees in my shipping charges. Then at least if you get ripped off you can get your money back.
