I do have to say that the feedback changes work for me even as a sometimes seller. I HATE when you buy something and its like, I bid and paid on time - thats my part of the transaction, wheres my feedback? And you just know they are experienced with getting negative feedback so theyre holding off to see what I do first. They literally hold it over your head like if you complain they just leave the feedback because in a percentage based on their thousands of feedbacks and your handful its not even a big deal to them. As a seller I always leave feedback right away because thats what you should do, and then twice have had people leave negs because they didnt read an item description. Then theres nothing you can do! Or you leave a positive because they paid and all then they email you asking for a refund or a return even though the item is as described, they just changed their minds...you have to accept to wait for the inevitable negative!
I just so many issues with ebay, sometimes its such a pain.
