Funny story...
A lady calls where I work asking about some oxidized sterling silver jewelry with gemstones. They have the twisted rope look and the darkened finish. Anyway, after she was done describing the jewelry that she had seen their earlier and wanted to get I replied "Oh, you mean the wannabe David Yurman stuff. Sure, I know what you're talking about." Her response? She said "I don't know who that is, but I want the one with the amethyst in it."
As a matter of fact, NONE to the ladies in the fine jewelry department know who David Yurman is. How can this be?
