You're saying the lady who was mistaken for her child's grandma needs a kick in the pants??? WHAT? Of course people bite their tongue because we don't want to hurt people's feelings. I'm not understanding why you think that is wrong. It's not like she asked for honest opinions on whether or not she looks like a grandma! She was just shopping for crying out loud.
