I just finished the "meeting" and basically he took 2 seconds to think and said "we are reviewing our budget next week, nothing can be done until after that if we do anything". Then he proceeds to tell me how they are STILL looking to hire me help and that the one guy they are interested in wants $40,000 MORE than what he originally said he would accept and how they would look into it and still see him as a candidate.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! They are willing to spend $40,000 extra and still can't pay me AT LEAST that?

I am literally sitting here and crying because I'm fed up. I hate this - I feel like shit. I feel worthless. Not to mention - I have not once been told that I'm doing a great job. And I know I am!!!

Instead - he picks apart all the little things that I haven't done - and I assure you they would have been done if the day consisted of 25000 hours!! He loves to micro-manage me too...and everytime he does my timeline is extended by 2 months because he's too slow to do anything!!! But no...it all then comes back to me and it becomes my fault again for being late.

I hate this. I want to go home. I'm so fucked here.
