I have jewelry from my ex-boyfriend, and even though I could never wear it again, I could never sell it. We were together for 3.5 years and there are too many memories that go along with the things he gave me. Plus, we're still friends.

Also, I couldn't buy someone else's jewelry. I think it's weird. I mean, you buy someone's engagement ring and they broke up, so you think about what their memories could be instead of making your own from scratch. I don't know, I guess I just want new things.
