The exclusive rights to sell LV on the internet means any "new" LV product across any from of transaction or venue that is on the internet. They are the only online "authorized dealer."
Their are many LV "authorized resellers" in your local area. I am sure they are all responsible business owners. The catch is, they are only authorized to sell LV to walk-in customers of their shop.
Since these resellers are under contrct with LVMH Group (and yes they should be / read the small print) to sell LV in their shop they could lose their LV lisence if they are caught selling "authorized LV" products on the internet in an unauthorized fashion.

This is incorrect. Once an item is purchased, that person has the right to resell it in any manner or at any price they choose. If I want to sell my LV on Ebay for $9.99 that is my right.
Selling NWT is at the manufactures' discrection. After that, all bets are off.
