Well I've had a good week

Running 45 min / Stairs for 10 min a day and not eating any junk food... actually I threw all my snacks (chips, ice cream, etc) away... just incase I had the urge to snack.... my bf wasn't too happy.
Although I need to start running less on the treadmill... maybe discover some trails... I have really bad balance so I just know one of these days I'm going to fall
