Gosh darn it! I was doing so well. Working out like 3-4 times a week (mostly running for 45 min). Then today was my bf birthday and I made brownies! I usually don't like chocolate, but I had a weird craving. Anyway, I ate 2 jumbo pieces!
Also, you know what's really annoying? Today I went to lunch and ordered a salad... why do some places pour like the whole bottle of dressing on the lettuce! I like caesar dressing, but when each piece is coated in dressing it sorta makes the point of ordering a salad useless.
I'm off to the gym..
