Thanks for the info, Alicia. I am going back to LV in Nashville next week I think (work is crazy hectic and currently I am on the other side of Tennessee **blah**) and so I will ask them about the hardware. It was the only thing about my purse I was worried about, but I couldn't resist it...Maybe I will just carry it on special occasions and go buy a regular monogram bag that zips.
