GUY - ok, so i'm 5'4" and currently 135 lbs.
(minus like 10 lbs. for my boobs, liiterally) and i want to get down to 115 lbs because i think i'd be happy there. anyways, can you give me a breakdown of the best exercise routine so i can lose those pounds and tone up a little without gaining a whole lot of muscle mass? i'm unsure of exactly what to do and the right way to do it so if you could give me like a list to go by including cardio, arms, legs, stomach, etc., i'd really appreciate it!!!
